- Customers must initiate returns 5 days after receipt of package. Please send an email to fiftythird.fashion@gmail.com with "Returns" in the subject line and a brief description of the return issue. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

- Returns due to the buyer’s own reason will be subject to exchanges only and a $10 restocking fee.
- It is the customer's responsibility to send the products to our facility for exchange.
- No return is accepted after 30 days.
-Claims for any damage reported after 3 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Photos of damage need to be provided to us.
